Mr. Corona we are sorry to hear about your recent experience with your spa. While we manufacture thousands of hut tubs every year, occasionally a few have issues. We see the dealer has been working with you quite a bit, but understand the process can be difficult when the part in question is from a 3rd party. Bought a new pr5 at trade show our unit was broke on delivery. They sent repair company out it’s been another week still nothing.

Who wants to pay over $5k for something that u look at everyday and it never worked from day one.

Never heard back from customer service either. Buyers beware!

Still company has done nothing over a month this brand new hot tub sits broken. Not even one day of use.

They won’t respond or even come pick up this piece of crap taking up space.

I have contacted them several times hey keep asking me to take pictures which I have twice and still no response. Do not buy save your $
